Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-26

These terms are the rules for using Bleet to book and to list venues. By using the app you agree to them.

Bleet is built and run by Muhammad Nawzad, an independent developer in Kurdistan.

1Your account

You need a verified mobile number to book. One account can be a player and a venue owner.

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

2Booking

A request holds the hour until the venue accepts, declines, or the reply time runs out. A confirmed booking is yours.

You pay the venue the price shown when you booked. Online payment, when it arrives, will be shown before you pay.

3Cancelling and not coming

Cancelling inside the venue’s free cancellation window costs nothing.

A late cancellation that nobody rebooks, or a no-show, becomes an unpaid game at that venue. You settle it with the venue before you book there again.

If a venue cancels a confirmed booking, it must give a reason, you owe nothing, and the venue gets a strike.

4Games and giving a booking away

You can invite friends to your game and give your booking to a friend before it starts.

5Venues

Venues must be real, verified by Bleet, and keep their free hours true. Bleet takes a small commission on bookings made through Bleet, and nothing on the hours venues sell themselves.

Bleet can hide a venue that breaks these rules or gets too many strikes.

6Reviews

After a game you can review the venue for 14 days. Keep it honest and polite; we can hide abusive reviews.

7Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you in the app first.
