This page explains what Bleet collects when you use the app and this website, why we need it, who can see it, and how to have it removed.
Bleet is built and run by Muhammad Nawzad, an independent developer in Kurdistan.
1What we collect
Your account: your name, email, the mobile number you verify by SMS, and your preferred language. Your password is kept by our sign-in provider, never by Bleet.
What you do in Bleet: your bookings, games, answers to invites, favourites, slot alerts and reviews.
For venue owners: the venue’s details, photos, prices, opening hours and staff.
Your location, only while the app is open and only if you allow it, to show courts near you. We do not store it.
2Why we use it
To run your bookings: to hold an hour for you, tell the venue, and remind you before the game.
To keep Bleet fair: to record cancellations, no-shows and unpaid games, as the terms describe.
To answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your data and we do not show you advertising.
3Who can see it
A venue sees your first name, your booking and plain facts about you there: games played, late cancellations and no-shows.
Friends in a game see your name and your answer. Players who ask to join an open game never see who is in it.
Services that help us run Bleet: SMS delivery for sign-in codes, push notifications, maps, and hosting. They get only what their job needs.
4How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete it, your personal data is removed; past bookings keep only what accounting requires, without your name.
5Your choices
You can change your name, number and language in the app, turn off notifications, and delete your account at any time.
