Short answers to what players and venues ask us most.
Players
How do I book a court?
Open a venue in Bleet, pick a free hour and send it. Some venues confirm at once; others answer your request within their reply time, and the hour is held for you until they do.
Do I pay online?
Not yet. You pay at the venue, as you always have. Online payment is coming soon.
How do I cancel?
Open the booking and cancel. Inside the venue’s free cancellation window it costs nothing. The booking shows the window in one sentence before you book.
I can’t go. Can a friend take my booking?
Yes. Choose Give it to a friend on the booking and send them the link. Once they accept, the booking is theirs.
How do I invite my friends?
Open your confirmed booking and tap Invite. Share the link; friends answer Coming, Maybe or Can’t come.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Without the app, call or write to us from the number or email on your account.
Venues
How do I list my venue?
Switch to owner mode in the app and add your venue. Bleet checks it before players can see it.
Can I still take bookings at the desk?
Yes. Add walk-ins or block hours in the calendar, so nobody books an hour you already sold.
What does Bleet cost?
Listing is free. Bleet takes a small commission only on bookings made through Bleet; walk-ins and hours you sell at the desk are yours.
Which cities can join?
Every city. Any pitch or court in Kurdistan can list on Bleet.
