You can delete your Bleet account at any time, in the app or by asking us.

Without the app
Call or write to us from the phone number or email on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm with you before we do.
What is removed
- Your name, email, phone number and settings
- Your favourites, slot alerts and notifications
- Your future bookings, cancelled inside the free window
- Games you organise are closed
What is kept, without your name
- Past bookings, as accounting requires
- Your reviews, shown as by “Former player”
How long it takes
Deleting in the app is immediate. A request by phone or email is done within 30 days.
Own a venue?
Close your live venues first, and anything still open with Bleet. Then you can delete.
